  1. Update: I disabled/removed everything and started from scratch. Now Alexa can turn on one of my lights😊
  2. I can turn the light on/off in the Alexa app but voice is still not working. One thing, I noticed is that the Active Service name that appears on the Portal Integration is not listed anywhere on my ISYPortal. How do I set or change this name? The service name is registered. When I ask for "More Info", a web page comes up saying the account type is "Corporate". I do not see it pointing to my account at all. Is this the problem?
  3. I migrated the Portal settings and "My preferred ISY:" points to the eisy
  4. After migrating from 994 to eisy, I cannot get Alexa to understand voice commands. She says "the hub is not connected, check network connection". I have linked my account and setup the skills in Alexa and I can operate the light from UD Mobile or through the Alexa app on my Android phone. I went through the verbal setup with Alexa and get the same error any time she tries to do anything with the light I am trying to turn on/off. Any ideas?

I cannot get the "Network" module. In the Admin Console, I go to Help/Purchase Modules. This takes me to the UD website and asks me to sign in. I do this but I do not see any modules to be purchased. Is this module no longer available?
  7. I have a very basic question and I feel stupid for asking it but I have not been able to find the answer anywhere. I want to use Polyglot to get to a Node server. I need to connect a RaspberryPi to do this but how do I connect it? Do I need to add a hub and split the ISY994 between the RaspberryPi and the Insteon 2413S? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
