  1. EDIT: It’s working! Had to physically reboot it and now it’s operating correctly with PG3X! Thanks for the info. Did you just navigate to https://polisy.local:8443/rest/pg3x.enable to install the update? I'm attempting that and get the following error: This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below. <RestResponse succeeded="true"> <status>200</status> </RestResponse>EDIT:
  2. I’m actually dealing with the exact same problem. I ended up reimaging my Polisy as it was out of date and developed this issue this morning after I tried to install updates. With a fresh reinstall and running package updates I’m having the same problem again.
  3. Man, I’m stoked about these i3 dials. They look really elegant and match the appearance of dimmers that sell for 2-3x the price. I hope UD is able to implement them right away and, I know this is a stretch, but it would be really nice if they can update their system to allow swapping from the older dimmers to this new one. Either way I’m going to hop on them as soon as I can.
  4. I hopped on ordering a Polisy Pro with the OG preorder offer, but ended up letting it sit by the wayside for longer than I should’ve. By the time I decided to fire it up, it was out of date and bricked when I made the mistake of trying to update it with the web interface (had missed the no no email). I contacted support and they sent me the link to the img.bz download so I could re-image the mSATA drive, but I was lazy and put it off a bit longer. Well, my 994i just randomly decided to start dropping Ethernet connection and go offline minutes after a power cycle, so my hand was forced. I reimaged the mSATA drive (using BalenaEtcher on my laptop running Windows 11) so I had a brand new Polisy running the latest software (ISY on Polygot 3), I overnight ordered a Startech DB-9 to RJ45 and assembled my long-missing adapter (FYI Blue goes to 2, White goes to 3, Brown goes to 5), power cycled my 994i and fired up the admin portal as quick as I could and ran a backup (had to race against it dropping network connection), then restored it onto the IoP. After configuring network settings I connected it to the Portal and migrated over my old node to it, then deleted that old one. For safe measure I reset my apps and reconnected them for a fresh connection, but everything works as it did before! My Polisy went from useless bricked OG firmware model to running ISY on PG3 and it took less than 30 minutes of actual work. Just wanted to share the experience in case anyone else is nervous about the cutover being pain.
