  1. Hello! (Let me know if this device should work, meaning this should be a support ticket) SONOFF S31 Lite zb SONOFFSONOFF S31 Lite zb Smart Plug US Type Zigbee VersionS31 Lite zb is a smart Plug adopting ZigBee wireless communication protocol that accesses to internet via ZigBee Bridge. You can remotely turn on or off the device via your smartphone, schedule it on/on, off, status. the normal functions. I have (2) of these devices and have have tried adding each of them to my EISY. When I click 'Add a Zigbee Device', the freshly factory reset Sonoff plug is seen immediately and the interview process begins. But the "(timeout XXs)" eventually reaches zero, the interview window closes, and I get a device in IoX called "ZB 17211.1 On-Off Switch". The device does not react when attempting to control the device in IoX. After a few minutes and IoX shows the error that it has lost communication with the device. The lack of control and loss of connection are not surprising because momentarily after the interview begins, the device itself goes into an error mode (turning on and off rapidly and continuously) which I have not been able to find referenced in any documentation. Both of these units, after another factory reset, can be added to my Home Assistant zb network and function normally. long story. but hoping this can get me starting in knowing if its Z-Matter/EISY, the plugs, or me.
  2. EDIT: To be clarify. My issue was that the IoX Launcher and Home Assistant could not find my EISY after the latest package update. I had already restarted it, I could ping it on my network, and I could log in via SSH. But I didnt know what else to try. THEN I followed the instructions below which I recieved after getting a response back from my own email to Support. Posting here for others that may find it. The email back from support gave me the following instructions. I followed them and everything was better. I refreshed my IoX Lancher and my EISY showed up. I reloaded my plugin in Home Assistant, and everything was reconnected. huzzah!!!
  3. I would also love to hear what you did to fix it. I have my own ticket in, but assuming I wont hear back until Monday
