everything just resolved itself...not sure why this was happening for a couple of days but all is working now

    System Busy issue

Every time I start Administrative Console, the dialog for System Busy continually shows running and never stops. Snapshot attached. What is causing this and how to stop?
  3. Did a remove and it cleared the problem... Odd that device never showed on device list...
  4. It was working on the 994i but it never migrated to the eisy...how would I exclude a device that does not appear on device list? Never appeared on the device list... As I stated Michel had to rebuild my initial migration to eisy back in Dec due to a UD issue
  5. "Unrecognized Z-Wave firmware version/library [7.18]" ---to me this seems to be UD issue.
  6. Zwave device never was on the eisy unit... So yes, it is removed. Anyone know the message shown on attempt to add shown in my previous responses?
  7. Directly from the documentation on line... it does miss the upgrade package which I completed and followed directions again. Z-Wave Support Simply plugin our awesome ZMatter USB dongle Go to the Admin Console | Configuration tab Check Z-Wave Support Checkbox Click the Save button Click the Reboot or Restart IoX button.
  8. Not sure what is being asked... All recommendations followed to install the USB dongle as I outlined in my responses above. No one seems to be answering why the zwave add is giving the response shown in the attached snapshots above and also written out in my previous responses. Just cannot get the zwave found in an Add function.
  9. my 994i system migration was completed in Dec 2022 and the only thing that changed was my adding the zwave usb unit today ---so if the original 994i migrated, then the zwave should have also migrated.....to me the message on the snapshot seemed to direct that my zwave fan controller firmware was not recognized by the UD library ---what am I missing? "Unrecognized Z-Wave firmware version/library [7.18]" ---to me this seems to be UD issue. I really don't want to attempt to migrate again from my backup in Dec because that was another entire multiple days to get everything back that Michel had to research and resolve.
  10. current version was 5.5.2 ---package upgraded now to 5.5.5 ---shows the z wave menu now but will not add the one z wave fan controller I have which worked on my isy994i ZW+PRO unit ---attached snapshot of eisy dialog listening
  11. received eisy z-wave matter usb dongle today, plugged into usb on eisy, clicked on Configuration Z-wave Support check box, Save and Restart IoX. Console shows Z-Wave dongle not responding What needs to happen? Z-Wave Support Simply plugin our awesome ZMatter USB dongle Go to the Admin Console | Configuration tab Check Z-Wave Support Checkbox Click the Save button Click the Reboot or Restart IoX button.

    reboots required

It is not specific to Google... It is eisy losing connection... just easier to cycle the power rather than logging into web and checking if on line. My 994i only experienced this issue only a few times so I have to assume something is up with UD.

    reboots required

multiple times now having to power cycle eisy due to Google not being able to "reach" universal devices. Simple power cycle of eisy and commands for universal are restored. Any fix other than power cycle? May need to run the eisy through a smart plug independent of eisy to easily power recycle eisy.
  14. This was already done without resolution.
  15. I can no longer access Admin Console LAN option. See attached snapshot of error regarding conflicting versions -- Admin Console v.5.013D and ISY Firmware v.5.3.0 I have removed all PC jnlp files and cleared all settings from Java. Redownloaded the start.jnlp ----Cloud option works but it also seems that if I add or remove a device from an existing scene program does not always run correctly.
