  1. Order history shows: ZMatter USB: Z-Wave+ & Matter Module for eisy (Beta) Z-wave devices are indeed ZW. Actual dongle pictured (photo rotated 180 for ease of viewing; I do NOT live in the upside-down). I don't think I understand what I'm opening a case about, if the missing add/delete function will be fixed "soon" (former developer; schedules are whatever they turn out to be and skimping on testing is the highway to hell). Thanks!
  2. Android. And some other app got weird after the last Samsung UI update, although I would suspect that's not it as the Insteon add/delete looks fine. I've got an early eisy with the official UDI dongle on a cable. It doesn't seem to have issues controlling existing Z-wave devices, and if I invoke the Z-wave inclusion from the desktop UI, I can see the progress on my phone. Samsung Galaxy S22; Android 14; One UI 6.1. Restarting phone did not help.
  3. I have some memories of performing z-wave device inclusion ("add") via UD Mobile; today I click "Z-wave // Add or edit Z-Wave Network" from Settings and I see the blurb for the dongle, and two switches ("Z-Wave Support" is on; "Z-Matter Hardware" is off). No add/remove buttons or anything else. If I start inclusion from the desktop console, I see progress on UD-Mobile. Tried deleting all UD-Mobile data and logging back in; no joy. What am I missing here?
