    The issue was changed router. Working now. Thanks.

    Raw newby. New Windows 10. Launcher installed but finder is not able to find ISY944 device. Device is installed but not recognized by router or by Apple handheld app. (No such problem with previous system.) App and finder both ask for a URL; I have no idea how to determine what it is. Help.
