Support Thread: IoX v5.8.3 (April 25, 2024)
Hello, It has been a while since I upgraded. I was on 5.7.0 so I upgraded today to 5.8.3. Now I cannot get admin console to load. I get the following error: I have gone the wiki page to download the newset start.jnlp from the following link: https://isy.universal-devices.com/start.jnlp but I am still getting the same error. Any help would be great. Thanks, -Rod

Sunset to sunrise seems to mean all day after eisy migration
As a follow up to this thread...I realized I was on 5.6.0. I updated and rebooted and now my new Sunset to Sunrise issue went away.

Sunset to sunrise seems to mean all day after eisy migration
Interesting. I have been pulling my hair out trying to figure out why this won't work. The light comes on all the time day or night. But my very simple on at sunset off at sunrise works fine:

Weatherflow set up and shows connected yet no data is populating
Hey all wanted to document the solution. I had my Tempest on my guest network. as soon as I put it on my main network where my hub is, it is now working fine.

Weatherflow set up and shows connected yet no data is populating
PG3 is 3.1.27 and there are no logs in the Weatherflow log section. Also, my eisy is on ethernet not Wi-Fi

Weatherflow set up and shows connected yet no data is populating
I was able to successfully get the station ID and Token and have Weatherflow installed. Yet when I look at the Ployglot I see not data. I can see it is connected and it has populated the station info but no data. I have a Tempest on the same network as my eisy and know that the station is up and sending data. The Node is visible from both the admin console as well as UD Mobile. Am I missing something? -Rod

Thank you! It still did not find it but adding https://eisy.local:8443/desc fixed the issue. -Rod

Cannot find Eisy in the IoX Picker to load the console
Hello, I am new to the Eisy and am having issues getting to the console. I was able to successfully get the Eisy installed on my network and have the iOS app working. I was able to get the PLM working and can control Insteon products. I am now trying to get to the console from my Win11 desktop. I know the IP address of the Eisy, I also can Ping it and see it in the ARP table. But even when I put in the IP address, it still will not find the Eisy. Any help would be appreciated
