  1. Thanks @Javi. I’ll get the ticket opened up. I tested only using “local connection” and I have the same problem regardless of whether I’m using local connection or using portal connection.
  2. Thanks @Techman. I’ve tried synchronization but it doesn’t change my issue. I still have misc devices that show no status indicator. I think status updates/indicators should be instantaneous in UDM (if I’ve understood correctly). Perhaps I have an incorrect setting somewhere but I sure can’t figure out what it would be.
  3. I am experiencing problems where some devices’ status indicators are not updating as expected in UDM while others do. I have UDM installed on both my iPhone and iPad and experience the problem on both devices. If I click into the node/device and then come back out the status will then be correct. See screen shot examples attached. In the Admin condole status updates work correctly 100% of the time and are immediate. I use the USB version of the Insteon power line modem (PLM). IOX (eisy) firmware: 5.9.1 UDM version: 1.2.15 Any help appreciated.
  4. Reporting a bug. Running UDM 1.2.15. UDM crashes each time I attempt to access the dashboard for a “folder” so as to rename it. Can rename folders in admin console and will update in UDM after that. Running controller firmware 5.9.1.
  5. I too am experiencing the same error as @skunkiechris. The network resource works perfectly when executed from the network resources listing screen (see screen shot) but not when you click into the network resource. In addition, I also am experiencing an error every time I create a favorite to execute a network resource (see screen shot). The network resources listing works but get the error every time.
  6. @Javi Thanks! At least I know I'm not crazy... I was thinking it used to be there and figured I just wasn't finding it! I'll be on the lookout for it in future UI updates.
  7. At the risk of being laughed off the forum… Is there a way within UD Mobile to move a node within the IOX tree into a folder? I can create a folder using UD Mobile but cannot find a way to put things in folders without using the admin console on my PC.
  8. I am having the same issue and also removed special characters from my password. Login credentials are working fine in the MyQ app so I know they are valid.
