Michel Kohanim from UD helped me out, the problem was and still is noise where my PLM was. Still don't know the cause but relocating the PLM across the house fixed 95% of it.

The iox launcher works fine w\o Internet, it launches the Isy finder. Is there a way for one shortcut to open admin console for a specific isy unit?

Thanks for suggestion, but it just works today, maybe site was down yesterday. But thanks again will do if i have that problem again.

how do i get launcher from admin or the start .jnlp java script?

Is there a way to edit admin or start.jnlp files to open admin console with out needing internet connection? Of course i know the isy994 local ip.

Also unable to create ticket, I just get spinning spokes when trying. Please help

Help, after EISY update to 5.9.1. have lost all communications with insteon devices other than a handshake in communications log. always errors when writing updates to devices. I have tried a brand new modem. EISY sees modem and updates it. But when it goes to update other insteon devices just gets a ack from them that's it. I have had to replace the modem on the eisy before and never had a problem. Also have done the same with my isy994. I did verify my modem works as I used it with my isy994 to test it. So i am convinced i don't have a modem problem. I have a small network of only 15 devices all are located within 1500 sq feet. and prior i never had any latency in communication.
