This has been happening off an on for a while now. I have ceiling fan attached to an Insteon wall switch. During the night, the light turns off. Here is what is in the log. Is there a way to find out what is causing this? Is this a bad switch? Thanks, Scott

Is the java app start.jnlp deprecated for eISY? It seems i can do everything I need to in the UD Mobile app, create programs etc... I am unable to sign into the java app anymore. Does the java app have any features the UD Mobile app does not have? If so, how do I reset the password? I tried clicking the button on eISY three times but that did not reset to admin/admin. Sorry for the confusion but these hard devices are hard to work with. There is a relay that controls opening and closing. There is a sensor that shows the status of the open/close. "Off" = "Open" and "ON" = "Closed". I have a program that sets the relay to "OFF" after every click. That works on one door. For some reason the same program does not fire when I click the button in UD mobile for the second door. I resynch etc and the program still does not work for the second door. When for the second door, I try the command, it sets the relay to OFF but it does not open or close the door. I am doing something wrong there. If I can get the second program working, things would work fine. Thank you for your help with this issue!

I created a program to set the relay status to "off" after every click. That works fine. Is there a way in UD Mobile to set it to "off" without a program?

HI, Yes, I would like the door to open/close when the "on" button is pressed. Yes, the toggle only sends the "on" command when the status is "off". I set the favorite to type command but it still does not work. With the link you send, do I have to create a program?

Hi, I have an Insteon I/O linc that I am using on a garage door. When the relay status is off in the UD Mobile App, I click ON and the door opens fine. To close the door, I have to click OFF and then ON to get it to close. Any suggestions on how I can make the ON button open and/or close the door? My insteon device is set to Momentary B. Hi, Is it possible to downgrade the firmware on an eISY? I updated to 5.6.2 and PG3x 3.1.31. Ever since the firmware upgrade and the UD Mobile app upgrade with notification changes, my eISY will stop working ever hour or so. I have to reboot the eISY and the same issue occurs. I reset the eISY by clicking the button 10 times. That removed all devices and programs but did not change the firmware. I restored from a good backup before all the changes, but I have the same issue. Thanks for any help, Scott

I disconnected the eISY and PLM for 5 minutes. I then plugged them back in and waited 15 minutes. I get the same errors in UD Mobile. Everything else works except the new notifications feature. There is a bug somewhere.

I just installed PG3x 3.1.31 and added the notification. When I click My Notifications, it asks to synch. I synch and then go to a device and click tools->Notifications. I get an ERROR saying it could not find the notification plugin and asks to resynch. I resynch and I get in an infinite loop of resynching. I restarted the eISY and I have the same issue. I have an Insteon PLM and all Insteon devices.
