Your reply made me go back and check connections to make sure everything was correct. Turns out it was not.... the power cord was not plugged in all the way.... should have started with the simple troubleshooting steps... now I have to live with this being my first post on the forum.... thanks for the help!

It no longer shows up in my router's attached devices. I tried pinging the device at the IP address it was on, and it fails. It looks like it is not pulling or connecting to my LAN. I did verify everything is still plugged in correctly. Is it possible it is trying to connect over wireless, which I have not configured? Any way to change this?

I just recieved my new EISY and connected it to my router through an ethernet cord. I went through the migration from ISY994. Got all the Zwave devices working again through the migration. I migrated the license from my old ISY995 to the new EISY, and removed the old ISY994 (yes i removed the right one). I rebooted the device after going through all of this, and the device is no longer showing online. I've unplugged it, but nothing seems to get it back online. What am I missing?
