Have a network with five on/off device switches operating window candles from sunset (turn on) until 11:30 (turn off). Things worked fine. The PLM failed and I replaced it. Although the Admin Console shows all the Program Details re-established, the network does not execute. The Programs Summary Table shows Activity as "Not Loaded" and Status as "Out of Memory" for both the on and off programs. I believe this happened once before, and I was advised that my ISY firmware and User Interface were not the same versions. When I made them compatible, the problems were eliminated and things worked as planned. So, I checked for this same version mismatch. However, versions are the same (see attched screen) and the programs don't execute. Please help!!

HELP ! ! ! Admittedly have a non-supported ISY-994i device. Nontheless, has worked previously. Power to home went off and things stopped working. Tried to re-install things per the Cookbook instructions. Downloaded the Admin Console to PC. When I launch the Admin interface, the ISY Finder doesn't see the ISY-994i device (see attached image). So, I deleted the PC console link, cleared the Java cache and launched the HTML ISY interface. I can see all of my controllable devices from this interface. I can turn them on and off, but have no access to program them. WHAT IS HAPPENING AND HOW DO I FIX IT ???????

MrBill, Finally got the the Firmaware and UI versions to match - bith are now v5.3.0. Not Loaded and Out of Memory entries are gone. I'll see how the program responds at sunset today. Thanks for the help so far . . .

Thanks, MrBill. So I checked; Firmware is "UD994_OADR v5.3.0" while the UI is "UD994 v4.9.0" What are the steps to make them the same?

Wote the program and saved it. A progress bar appears to show the save completes. However, program does not execute at the defined time. Check of "Summary" for the program reveals "Activity: Not Loaded" and "Status: Out of Memory." What does this mean and how do I correct yhe problem?
