    Yes! I am able to login and access the device locally with the admin console. I have a backup from the seller-- what is the best way to implement it?

    We recently purchased a home and inherited Polisy. The previous owner briefly showed me the ISY portal so I have a very basic understanding. However, I can no longer access anything because the system does not recognize my network. What can I do to bring it online again? Thanks in advance for the help.
