    I've never submitted a ticket for an issue - I've downloaded the log zip file and would appreciate some quick direction on how to either create a ticket or attach the file to an existing one. Thanks.

    I'm getting ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'kasa' as well, after upgrading packages, rebooting, and reinstalling the Kasa node server.
