I got it working again. I ended up opening the ISY.....wiping the SD card then restoring.

I can't see it online at all anymore. How do I reset the PLM and ISY? I have a backup to restore if I can get access. Can't get in no matter what I do for a login/password.

Thanks Geddy for all your help! ISY994i v5.3.4 I'm attempting to access it via IoX Finder. I've tried LAN and CLOUD but can't get either to work. It's a win11 machine. I added 2 new switches today and then backed it up. I was working on the UD mobile app and accidently deleted the new switches so I figured a restore would be pretty quick since I just did a backup. Now my log/pass doesn't work like it did before. I was using my account from https://my.isy.io/index.htm to log into the admin console. Nothing seems to work now.

I was able to connect to the ISY admin console but now it won't take my password or the default admin/admin. I tried resetting it.

I just restored my ISY and now I can't connect. The IP is pingable but nothing I do seems to connect. What do I do?
