  2. Hi, I just received my new eisy yesterday. It took me hours before being able to get in! After searching the forums, I learned about the eisy giving up on DHCP after only 10 seconds. For that, I have to un-plug and re-plug multiple time, hoping for the DHCP address to come fast enough. One thing I noticed is that when I move the eisy from my Cisco switch to a much small TP-Link switch, the connection is more reliable. The reason is that the port on the Cisco switch takes some time to stabilize, too long for the eisy and it gives up. Clearly, that 10 seconds delay is non-sens and should be increased to at least 30. I will keep fighting my way in the device but clearly, that does not make it for a good start...
