    Cannot log into ISY Portal -- error 429

    All my google assistant devices show "offline". When I go to google home settings and look at plays with google, UDI is not listed. Adding UDI and logging in takes me to a page of devices that I am supposed to assign to a room... but they all show correct assignments already. Closing that screen results in no changes. If I try to re-assign devices... no changes. I can log in to the ISY portal, all there seems good. Update: removed portal access... then deleted the device from the isy portal. Added it in again, and then added portal access. Now working, although I have to re-enter all the spokens.
