  1. I tried the https://eisy.local:8443/WEB/sysconfig.txt link and I got "Unable to connect". I then tried replacing "eisy.local" with the IP address and got the same thing. I am beginning to think that IoX is not even running on on my eisy device. The version I spoke of (5.9.3) came from the name of the backup zip file that was created when I did the backup just before the update. I will open a support ticket and see what they say. Thanks.
  2. @larryllix The IP address is the same. I use it to SSH into the eisy and that still works. It is the IoX part that doesn't work. @Techman I tried clearing the Java cache and downloaded a new version of the IoX launcher from the link you gave and it works the same.
  3. I did the upgrade from 5.9.3 (don't know what it is on now). After the upgrade, it said to reboot to complete the upgrade. After I rebooted it (several times) I cannot get into the Java Console or Poly web interface. The mobile application cannot connect as well. I can still get into SSH though, so the eisy is still alive. The finder says "IoX Finder: Not Found" up in the title bar. It finds my IoX in the list, ( https://192.168.1.152:8443/desc) but when I click on it nothing happens How do I fix this?
  4. Thanks, that got me in. How do I remove the old, broken link (or should I)? The "Delete" button seems to be greyed out. The post you linked to says that port 8443 will go away at some point.
  5. I did the following: Take a backup of your IoX (Admin Console | File | Backup IoX) Take a backup of your plugins (PG3x Dashboard | System | Backup/Restore) Upgrade Packages (the Admin Console | Configuration tab | Upgrade Packages button) After the system came back, I tried to login to the admin console with "admin/admin" and it gave me a "[LIB_ERRORS-403]" error. I then tried to ssh into the command line and that still works. It also still works from the iOS application. The PG3 webpage works as well. Is there any way to reset things so that I can get back into the admin console?
  6. That did it !! I was tearing my hair out trying to figure this out (and I am almost bald already 😄) The developer menu now is showing up. Thanks so much !!
  7. I signed up as a developer for my new eisy. UDI sales says (and later confirmed) that I am set up as a developer. I cannot get the developer mode in the Polyglot web page to show up. What am I doing wrong or not doing? Thanks. I tried: Logging out and back in Deleting my browser cache Power Resetting my eisy. using a different browser. The developer menu on the Polyglot pages should show up between the "System" and "Log" menus as shown here: What my Polyglot page actually looks like is this:

    MQTT message payloads

If I am understanding the description page you are talking about, that describes the different types of devices and their topics, but I cannot find what the message payloads look like. The closest I found to that is directing me to the web console of the Tasmota device, but I don't have any of these actual devices. What I am attempting to do is to have a program running on a Raspberry Pi sending messages via MQTT to this plug-in so my eisy can do things. I got the switch to work because someone on this forum said that "ON" or "OFF" was the message payload, but for the other device types I have found nothing on what the payload I should publish should be. If there is no such list already existing, could you point me to the GitHub repository and I could at least reverse-engineer the code to find what I need? Thanks.
  9. I was able to get the MQTT Poly to work with switches using "ON" or "OFF" as the message payload. What about the message format for the other node types? For example, I was trying to experiment with a temperature sensor node. It shows up in the admin console just fine, but I am unable to figure out what the message payload format for this node type. Is there documentation anywhere that shows the message payload format for the various node types that this poly supports?
