Here the results : ping 192.168.1.1xx & arp -a for each (my router range is 192.168.1.100 to 192.168.1.120) It is strange because the the programs run normally. 3c-33... is my router 78-4b ... a cam b4-3a ... tablet It is strange because the 192.168.1.101 is not the same in the router.

Yes, I am quite sure the problem is the ip address but I think when I have reseted the router & the ISY994i, normally the problem will be resolved. If not how can I find the IP to access the Isy admin ?

Thanks, I will check this weekend & call Vidéotron (perhaps Vidéotron uses the Bell network in Québec or another provider, I mean myphonenr@text.bell... instead of @text.videotron...) But I think I will configure the ISY just to send the Alerts with emails.

I would like to receive SMS, but the provider Vidéotron is not listed in the menu of ISY. I suppose it means, I can not receive SMS for my alerts. When I was with Bell, no problem, but now I have changed to Vidéotron.
