Ok, I updated app on phone and iPad to 6.0.0 then I: swiped up to delete all running apps then Manually turned on a couple switches then Opened the UD Mobile app Then in “Devices and Scenes” screen it showed both of those switches as still off Then I opened each switch from the DS screen and had to hit Query for it to show the correct status Then on the DS screen it showed the proper On status of the two switches
  2. I have only Insteon devices. No, in the Admin Console all of the device statuses are always shown in real time correctly.
  3. I am using 5.9.1. I have actually been having the problem which I originally mention in this thread for several years.
  4. Yes I have tried that, but after synchronizing I get the same result when other device states change.
  5. To rephrase, when I open the UD Mobile app the status of all 20 of my devices are not current so I must manually query each device for which I want to see the current status. Same applies on the “Devices and Scenes” screen. It may show a device as On when I know in fact it is Off, and the “Devices and Scenes” screen will not update until I open the device and query it.

Configure browser push notifications

Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.

  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
