I was hoping to expand my knowledge using the ISY portal and UD mobile but will probably focus on the Mobilinc portal accessfor that unit. I've been spending some time on the EISY Packages and trying different options too.. Haven't been impress with UD mobile but I'm working on it again.

Seems like they are missing out on an annual revenue stream..

I brought a 994i unit off of eBay and I'm trying to register it to use the ISY portal. Is there a procedure to do this. I also have an EISY unit that I'm currently using. I had another ISY994i which I sold with my previous house. Any help would be appreciated. I've been able to update the firmware and can access it but that's about it. When I Check the configuration (portals window, it says that it is registered. (Probably to the previous owner) I sent a message off to the eBay seller to see if he could deregister it. Turns out that he wasn't the original owner, so that's a dead end.

pretty much used your suggestion. Ended up Removing z-wave device from network and then adding the device via toggling the secure inclusion function to get them to join. some of these units were used from ebay purchases.

I seem to have a problem with adding Gen 5 z-wave products to my eisy network. These devices worked before in my previous environment with an ISY994.
