A big thank you to Michel, a quick response to a submitted ticket, it took several hours including giving Michel access to my system to recover my eisy, must have been a corrupted update, had to rebuild the system completely, now back in business. If you have connection problems I very strongly recommend you submit a ticket.
I have the same issue. I can see the eisy device IP on my ethernet but and I can ping it but finder does not find it. Same problem with the multi-function button.
