    Tine zone issue

So this got me to wondering how changes to the DST or 24-hour time got applied, since changing these states did not allow the Save button to become active, so.... I power cycled the 99i and nothing. So I unchecked DST and changed the zone to an east coast zone again and power cycled - time was one hour ahead (EST). I then changed it back to a CST zone and selected DST. Time did not changed. Power cycled again and now it's on the right zone (CST with DST). Is this normal to need to power cycle after changing the time settings? I'm not sure I had ever changed the time since it was new, so this may be normal to need to power cycle or it may be an issue with this version - either way my issue is currently resolved. I'll keep an eye on it this weekend with the time change to see if updates correctly. Thanks. Greg

Sorry, neglected to say that it doesn't matter if the DST box is selected or not.

    ISY Time zone

Hello, having some trouble with the time in the ISY. I live in Champaign, Illinois, which is in the Central time zone so I use Chicago because it's the most logical (though as a side note I find it interesting a very small town in my County, Bondville, IL is listed but Champaign isn't?), anyway, the time is always one hour slow. I had to select New York (in the Eastern time zone) to get the ISY set to the correct time. I have not had this issue before and only noticed it since upgrading to 3.1.10 beta earlier today trying to fix a linking issue. Anyone else seen this problem? I'm running: ISY 99i Pro (1040) Running ISY99i V.3.1.10 PLM: v92 Thank you in advance! Greg

  8. After exhausting all other solutions, I did a factory reset and restoration this morning - all seems fine with link management now. Thanks to everyone who offered help.
  9. Hi Lee, Thanks for the reponse. The PLM LED was not blinking or lit at all. I removed power, waited 60 seconds, restored power to ISY, then to PLM, waited for everything to come up and logged in to the admin console. The current status IS showing for all devices. If I make a change to the state of a device (manually switching it on), I see the change in state in the admin console. PLM light is dim lit green. Restarted "start linking". PLM light gets a brighter green (not blinking). Eventually it timed out with two errors, first was unable to remove existing links error, second was unable to set high water mark error. Now when I try "start linking", still closes in a couple seconds. I am able to add devices manually and communicate with everything. Just the start linking mode that is acting odd. Thanks!
  10. Greetings! Running ISY99i V.2.8.16 PLM: v92 When I click 'Start linking', I get a pop up window saying "liking in progress" for about 2 seconds, then it disappears. It's as if there is a linking in progress which is half complete or something. I have tried power cycling the ISY as well as the PLM with no luck. Anyone have any suggestions on a resolution to this issue? Thank you in advance! Greg
