  2. Okay I have entered the Demo account " isyalerts@gmail.com" and still same error. The ISY is forwarded. I can remotely log on, I port forwarded 857 just incase. Not sure why I am getting an error. Thanks again
  3. I left it as default. I am not 100% sure on what to enter there. I thought default would send it out of universal devices server? Thanks
  4. I am having difficulty setting up email notifications for a client. I created a gmail account for them and entered their gmail account into the Recipients Tab. when i press test i get an error " Mail server failure " ( AUTH LOGIN not accepted ) Any thoughts? Thanks

Also, I had stuff working before when I was on 2.7.6. Only thing I did was add a couple of filterlincs and upgraded to 2.7.15 where did you install the filter link? If you remove the filter links does it find any devices?

Hello, I programmed an ISY and for some reason it failed. before it failed I managed to do a backup of the programming. I just received the new ISY and I can not load the saved data into the iSY. I get Error (-110019) and (-110022). I know this forum has a link to the error codes but that does not really mean a thing to me. How do I fix this so I do not have to re enter 73 devices. Chad
