Please Help. I have Keypadlinc controlling my two garage doors. It is working for the most part. However, if the garage door is opened via a remote (not insteon), I am not able to get the status of the keypadlinc to reflect the open/closed state--i.e., the Keypadlinc does not light up correctly. I confirmed in ISY994 that the Keypadlinc for that button is "ON" but the light does not reflect the status. In fact, I cannot get it to reflect the status of a water sensor linked. When the water sensor tripped, it showed in ISY994 that Keypadlinc button is ON, but the the light does not illuminate. Does this have something to do with the fact that I have the buttons on toggle? Thank you for any pointers on this...

The screen shows Universal Devices My programs (All my 5 programs--not many but I want to make sure there's nothing wrong with my ISY-99 or PLM before I recreate them) Blue screen Note: I am NOT referring to the Admin Console but the page that opens up when the IP address for ISY-99 is entered. I cleared the Java cache as instructed and logged into the Admin Console with your link. However, the programs did not reappeared. I noticed when I log into the ISY-99 with via IP address I see the programs under "my lighting". Please see attached picture. Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

In Tools-->PLM Info/Status it shows "1E.46.88 v9B / Connected" Should I select "Restore PLM" from File menu? What impact does that have on my settings? Thank you!

I am running version 3.2.6 with ISY 99i/IR Pro WITHOUT having messed around with firmware update. When I logged onto the console to modify my programs, they all have disappeared! In my iPhone MobiLinc Pro, I can see the programs and they are still running. Is there anyway to recover these programs? If not, how do I start fresh without affecting my current scenes and links. Unfortunately, I have not backup in a while and there have been changes made and dead switches replaced. Please help!
