  1. Is there no replace function for 8 button keypads? If I right click on regular switches there's a "replace device with" option. Not seeing it that on keypads. Is the only only option to reprogram the?
  2. Everything thing is back up and running. Seems to operate as it should. Thanks for the help.
  3. I do have a power supply from and old router that is 5V 1 Amp would this work?
  4. My PLM 2412s just failed so I ordered a PLM 2413S as the 2412 is no longer available. My 2412 was connected to my ISY via CAT5 cable. The new 2413S came with a cable that is RJ45 on one end and serial connector the other end. Should this be connected with the serial on the back of the ISY or should I connect the same way the 2412 was with just a CAT5 cable. Also since this is a replacement and not a new install is there a specific way to swap it and not lose any connection info.
  5. That's the way In was doing it but this time for device type I put the actual device instead of auto discover and it worked.
  6. I just checked and they are on opposite phases
  7. I have 2-2443 access points
  8. I can see to find were to upgrade the firmware. I've done it before but can't remember how
  9. Also have a 2443. Should that one work because I tried putting beside it but nothing. I'm running the 99i so I guess I'm out of luck with the door sensor.
  10. I factory reset the motion sensor, put it in pairing mode and put it a few inches from the PLM (2412s) . Try to re add it Wed 12/24/2014 05:10:26 PM : [31 B1 8F ] Added to list of devices to link to ISY Wed 12/24/2014 05:10:26 PM : [iNST-TX-I1 ] 02 62 31 B1 8F 0F 0D 00 Wed 12/24/2014 05:10:26 PM : [iNST-ACK ] 02 62 31.B1.8F 0F 0D 00 06 (00) Wed 12/24/2014 05:10:35 PM : [iNST-TX-I1 ] 02 62 31 B1 8F 0F 0D 00 Wed 12/24/2014 05:10:35 PM : [iNST-ACK ] 02 62 31.B1.8F 0F 0D 00 06 (00) Wed 12/24/2014 05:10:44 PM : [iNST-TX-I1 ] 02 62 31 B1 8F 0F 0D 00 Wed 12/24/2014 05:10:44 PM : [iNST-ACK ] 02 62 31.B1.8F 0F 0D 00 06 (00) Wed 12/24/2014 05:10:48 PM : [31 B1 8F 0 ] Failed to add device Wed 12/24/2014 05:12:09 PM : [iNST-TX-I1 ] 02 62 1D B1 E6 0F 11 FF Wed 12/24/2014 05:12:09 PM : [iNST-ACK ] 02 62 1D.B1.E6 0F 11 FF 06 LTONRR (FF) Wed 12/24/2014 05:12:09 PM : [iNST-SRX ] 02 50 1D.B1.E6 0F.42.41 27 11 FF LTONRR (FF) Wed 12/24/2014 05:12:09 PM : [std-Direct Ack] 1D.B1.E6-->ISY/PLM Group=0, Max Hops=3, Hops Left=1
  11. I'm trying to add 2 new sensors to my ISY but keep getting errors. When adding 2842 motion sensor I got cannot determined insteon engine at first but now getting cannot determine devices type. And when adding Insteon hidden door switch I get cannot determine Insteon devices type. I make sure they are in pairing mode and place them inches from the ISY
  12. Do you mean add it to the exception list? I removed it from the list and added it again but still get the same error message.
  13. Windows and yes it's a static IP. With the same IP set for the exception I can get to the web interface just can't get open the admin consol
  14. I have the same problem. I updated Java and added my IP to the exception list but still get application blocked for security
