    I've been out of town for a week and I just got around to addressing my issue. Using telnet and removing file did the trick. Appreciate the help Paul. Mark S.

    ISY994i/Pro running 4.6.2. When trying to create backup, gets to about 90% and I get the message "Could Not Create the ZIP File'. And then the message "Could Not Retrieve the File /CONF/86.PRP". I want to upgrade to 4.7.3, but not until I have a good backup. Any help with this error would be appreciated. Mark S.
