I did the restore PLM in file menu when I received the new PLM. The funny part is I just tried to enable the acces and it works fine now. Not sure what the issue was. Thanks for your help!

I am unable to enable internet access since my ISY99i locked up and my PLM fried. So, I did a software update and I get the same results. The funny part is I can access the ISY remotely but when I try to turn a device on/off I get an unable to connect screen. Has anyone ever had this issue before?
