    Cannot connect ISY-994i from new computer

    I am migrating all of my files to a new computer, but cannot access my ISY-994i from the new computer. I can access it from the old computer that is still active, but not from the new computer. I installed JAVA and the admin.jnlp from the Universal Devices site, cleared the JAVA cache, but when I click the link get only a quick flash on the screen. I am running Windows 10 on both computers, and my ISY firmware is 5.0 or better (I didn't note the specific version). Both computers are connected to the same network. What do I need to do to access the ISY from my new computer?

  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
