vbPhil's post in Daylight Saving was marked as the answer
I see the problem. The list of Locations shown when selecting the AC Change Location button is wrong for Albuquerque. It shows the Albuquerque Daylight Saving Rule is America/Phoenix, it should be America/Denver. Phoenix does not change to Daylight Saving. I wonder when that rule was changed. I've never had this problem before.
Update 3-14-2023, UDI contacted and will resolve in the next update.

vbPhil's post in GE Enbrighten Z-Wave Plus Smart Outdoor Switch 14298 was marked as the answer
So, I have them added now. Tried SmartStart (Add/Remove) from UD Mobile and was able to succeed. I think my issue was not waiting long enough for the process to start. I also noticed in the device manual that it can take up to 10 minutes. It took a few minutes for me. I was used to my other devices responding immediately to the Include/Exclude process.

vbPhil's post in Verify ZMatter Board was marked as the answer
Ended up abandoning the migration and switched to the ZMatter board where I added z-wave devices manually. Good news is my ZMatter works.

vbPhil's post in I broke the Learn receiver LED was marked as the answer
I ended up getting my iTach serviced by Global Cache. For $70 they do out of warranty service. You send it to them with an RMA number and they repair or replace and ship it back. Went pretty smoothly and now I have my iTach back with the Learning in tack.

vbPhil's post in Starts up but then shuts down. was marked as the answer
got tired of waiting for help. Deleted the Virtual server and re-installed it. Re=entered all the node configurations and fixed everything in IoX. Seems to be okay once again.

vbPhil's post in ISY Scenes with Hue Lights was marked as the answer
Just a thought that you are probably already aware of, but the ISY is always a scene controller as well as any other controllers added to the scene. Each controller has its own set of parameters so when you select that controller in the Admin Console its settings are displayed and can be adjusted. Make sure that all your controllers for the scene have the same settings or whatever is desired.
