I upgraded to 2.8.16 adn it is better. Previously, I had missing notifications and out of order emails on events that were in quick succesion. That problem is gone now.

using ISY99i V2.7.15, I have a program that sends an email notification if there is a sensor off event and I have another program that sends an email notification if there is a sensor on event. When I close/open the sensor input of the IOLinc, the ISY99 event viewer always shows all changes of state and the programs indicate that they were run, but I don't get all email notifications. Are there any known issues with email notifications or am I doing something wrong?
