  1. I can't seem to get it not send off commands. It turns on fine when i walk in the room, but the second it senses no motion it turns off. It's my office, so I want it to turn on when i walk in, but if I'm sitting at my desk it turns off after like 30 seconds. How can I fix this?
  2. 2877D
  3. Is there a way to have a Ramp on/off time inbetween .5 and 2 secs? The slider only lets you pick those 2 options. I feel like there are some sweet spot fade times that would live inbetween those 2 vales for certain circumstances.
  4. Could you explain this a little more? Maybe give an example of it? How do I make it send ON commands only? I currently have it setup to be a program that executes when the Motion Sensor gets an "ON" message. Should it just be a Scene with a controller and responder instead and not utilize a Program?
  5. Are the 2477D dual band?
  6. I have a few setups of Lights being linked to motion sensors to turn on in 2 closets and a pantry. It works, but it is a good 2-3 secs before the light actually turns no. It's not the ramp on time either as I have that set to 0secs. Are there any tweeks to have that feel more "instant" and responsive?
  7. I'm trying for the life of me to get this 3 way situation working. Here's what I got: - 2 locations controlling 1 light, and I'm trying to install a Dimmer in Location 1 and a 8 button in location 2. - In location 2 I have a 3 conductor (R,B,W) cable coming in and that is it. I can't get this 8 button to have any power where I see the LED indicator lights turn on. I have tested for the hot leg and attached that to Line. I attached the white wires together, and I have experimented with attaching and not attaching the Red's and there is no difference. - In location 1, I have the same 3 conductor wire (I'm assuming) and a 2 conductor wire (Black White). Here I can get the dimmer indicator lights to turn on, but no control of the fixture. I found the hot leg and attached that to Line, I attached the white wire to the big bundle, and here I experimented with the Red's attached and not attached and its the same result. Can someone help walk me through where i am wrong? I'm assuming it's 1 little thing that I am missing.
  8. ok...got the PLM talking now. But, when I open up the administrative console it immediately goes into "Linking" and goes real slow from 0-100% and then restarts and does it again How do I get out of this loop?
  9. thanks. I have the ISY994 reset and fresh, but when I go to "Restore PLM" I get a "Failed resetting the PLM [-200000/-30]" Any ideas?
  10. Ok, but when I open up the administrative console, how do I start fresh there?
  11. I just moved into a new house and i took my ISY994i, my PLM, and all my Inisteon devices. I basically want to start brand new and wipe everything clean as if I just bought it. What do I need to do to start with all fresh files?
  12. I did that and nothing happened. I recently bought a new PLM about 8 months ago. Anything else to look for?
  13. Hi , I recently migrated over to the ISY-994 from the older ISY-99. I can control all my devices, but my scenes are not able to be controlled. If I write a new scene I can control it just fine, but the existing ones have no response. Where can I look to fix this?
  14. I have a button on remote link not working, it doesn't control the light it's assigned to. Also in the admin console, the status window is blank. On the other buttons the status window either says ON or OFF, but that one button is blank. Any ideas?
  15. Anyone???
