Hi. I'm new to this ISY thing, and am hoping somebody can help me out. I purchased the ISY 99i, and had it working for a bit until it completely froze. The Power, RX and TX LEDs are solid, and I've tried rebooting, but nothing has changed. When I tried logging into the device it did not ask me for the user name or password like it did the first time I successfully logged on, nor is any data on my unit available. In other words, the program come up, but there's nothing there. Before I encountered this issue (when I was able to login) I tried adding the "My Lighting" query, but it would not save the changes. I also tried other things like updating my user name and password, but it would come back with an error. I can't tell you what the error is now, since I cannot even get into the unit. Any suggestions? PLEASE HELP! Mick
