  1. yeah I tried to reach out to them, but most of their stuff is out of stock and I have not heard back from them. I wasn't even sure if they are still in business. I will try again.
  2. I am very new at this but I am willing to learn and try. How do I snoop the line? Reading this thread I know that I need a RS485 to Ethernet bridge. Assuming I have that, how do I snoop the line from my PC? I assume I will send a command and see what line pops up in order to snoop the line.
  3. The error related to weather bug is: Mon 2013/07/22 21:08:47 System -140000 datafeed.weatherbug.com There were a lot more of this error but it goes back to 2012 when I first purchased the modules, and they were working until recently. In my laptop I actually see the status table populated (vs. my desktop where status table was not populated), but the evaporation data seemed off. The calculated evaporation data was -0.0185 inches/day which seemed way too low. The weather station is SMPSM.
  4. Digging up an old post here... Does anyone know of a way to pull in data from intellichem, which shows pH and ORP (chlorine) levels?
  5. Hello. I have isy 99i and the last available firmware (the one in Jan 2013). I've had the climate and irrigation module since mid 2012 and it had worked flawlessly until recently, perhaps a couple weeks ago. When I pull up the java admin console and go to the climate tab, all the information in the "Status" section is missing. All I have is the table on the left hand side with the weather bug settings - location id, unit, irrigation method, etc. But the table on the right hand side in the status section is completely blank. It used to be populated with weather data and the irrigation calculation. I changed the weather feed and had no luck there. My irrigation program works fine without the climate irrigation requirement trigger (after I remove that line in the program, my irrigation schedule works again). Any ideas on how to fix the climate / irrigation module? Thanks!
  6. Hi, I am new at programming and I would like some help please. I have an appliance linc (called Crawlspace Pump) that I want to reset (turn off then turn back on) every 3 hours during the day, and every 6 hours during the night. Here's what I have done so far. If From Sunrise To Sunset (same day) Then Set 'Crawlspace Pump' Off Wait 5 seconds Set 'Crawlspace Pump' On Else -No Actions How do I program in a loop that will repeat the "then" commands every 3 hours? Thanks!
  7. I have isy integrated with Elk M1G, and my interface with the Elk M1G is eKeypad. The Elk sees scenes from the isy as light switches, and I can create turn on/off the scene with a virtual switch on the eKeypad program. Right now I activate some programs by through unused keypadlinc buttons. However, since the elk can see scenes as on/off buttons, I am wondering if there is a way to trigger the start of a program with a scene, so I can save that keypadlinc button. Thanks!
  8. Here's my situation. My crawlspace gets flooded when there is heavy rain. I want to put a pump at the lowest point of the crawl space to pump the water out. The pump is contolled by a flotation switch. Usually the device is off with no power. When the crawlspace gets flooded and water lifts the float switch, it turns on power and activates the pump. I want a device that can tell the on/off status of that switch. Can I achieve this by plugging it into Synchrolinc? My insteon system is connected to Elk M1G via isy99i. I want to take the On/Off status of that switch to trigger alerts within my home, say for example WHENEVER switch turns on THEN make water alert announcement. The synchrolinc should allow me to do this right? Thanks!
