Micheal - thanks so much such a super-quick answer! -Are you processing the RMAs or do I need to talk to the AARTech where I bought it? -Is there any s/n series to avoid? -My 99i has a plastic box and blue LEDs unlinke the images I see all over (metal box with green LEDs), is this model I need to avoid? -Along with Keypad Linc this is the second component on my X10 jurney to Insteon that is DOA, very painful, probably the technology is not ready yet? Got mime 99i two days ago. All works fine - but the blue (yeah blue) PWR LED is erraticaly on/off. The device works fine regardless of the state of the PWR LED. Tried different power adapters, same issue. Any ideas?
