    I've been a die-hard X10 user until recently I discovered the wonders of INSTEON and decided to switch to that. The ISY was my first purchase and I quickly got it set up and recognized by any computers on my network. However, two issues I've encountered: 1) I've never seen the "QueryAll" program that the manual says should be there 2) I've registered my product and have yet to find a way to get into the firmware upgrade page. Any help would be greatly appreciated, I've tried to search the forums for these issues but no luck. Thanks!
