  1. @Javi if I could find a support email 😔, i’d send them one. Their support options are lacking to say the least.

Is there any new news on this? I really want to be able control HomeKit compatible devices I have installed with programs from my new Eisy. I just don't see a way right now to connect the two environments. Is that true?
  3. Really trying to understand how these two work together and do I need both. I installed Notification Node Server and configured a few network resource notifications. They seem to work fine. I assume I could keep doing it this way with no issues. But I also installed the Push (Pushover) Node Server and bought a license for my desktop and iPhone. The Push device in the Admin console has no devices added to it. There seems to be 2 ways to add devices: through the polyglot dashboard and configuration page for Push or from the Admin console Node Servers/Push menu. Either way, it's not clear how to define a device. From the dashboard, it says: Enter things: Key Value Front Door you can leave this blank Garage Door Etc Are these keys related to Eisy devices or have nothing to do with them? From the Node Server/Push menu, I can add either a Pushover Controller node or a Thing node. It's asking for a Name, Node Address, and Primary Node Address. No clue what addresses this is referring to. I've looked through the wikis and the forum but can't find anything. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!!
  4. @Javi I can get to https://developer.honeywellhome.com/ which is the updated URL but I can't get logged in because of my old, forgotten password. I have requested a password reset multiple times and still have not gotten anything. Something is broken somewhere.
  5. Is anyone able to use the Honeywell Home Node Server? It hasn't been updated since Sept 2022. I was able to install it. I used to use this a couple years ago at my old house. I had a Honeywell Developer account per the instructions but I don't remember my password. When I try the reset pw option, I never get a reset email. I tried registering again and it said my email address was already used. Wondering if this system is dead?
  6. Well, I'm almost there. I just figured out that I didn't have Pushover installed. I do now but it wants an api_key and user_key which I do not know where to get. UPDATE: I found pushover.net and bought an iPhone and desktop license. I have my api and user keys and entered them. In my Admin console it says the Push devices is Disconnected. Working on that now.
  7. @Javi OK I'm getting closer. So now I have enabled Notifications in UD Mobile, set up a notification for entering and leaving my defined geofence, and added commands to set "Kent" to True when entering and False when leaving. But for my wife, I assume I need to install UD Mobile on her iPhone and then log it into MY portal account and define the same geofence as I have on my iPhone?
  8. @DennisC I have switched to the Notification plugin and Pushover and it's working great. Thanks for the pointer!
  9. @DennisC The Test button does nothing. No text comes through. Looking for details on the Notification plugin now.
  10. I changed it to use Control and the program does not run. I also did a forced Run Then on the program and the text still doesn't come through.
  11. This is my test program (attached screenshot). I get nothing when the program runs. I tried sending an email from my computer to 616485xxxx@tmomail.net and it worked. What am I missing?
  12. I am trying to define a notification to send me a text on specific conditions. My cell provider is T-Mobile but when I define the notification and select T-Mobile from the dropdown, it creates a recipient that is xxxxxxxxxx@tmomail.net. I filled in my cell number but get no notification even though my program runs. I assume tmomail.net is an old interface. Is there a newer one for T-Mobile?
  13. @Javi Thanks that helped. I have done that. See attached screenshot. My next question though is how does it really know when either my wife or myself have truly left home? The mobile devices aren't tied to specific phone numbers/phones so I'm not how it knows.
  14. @Javi sorry but the documentation is just not clear to me ( a novice at node servers). Do I still need to do the Occupancy Node Server/Configuration step? Or do I just go directly to Occupancy Node Server/Occupancy v2.0?
  15. @Javi I configured an Occupancy Node Server through the portal. The next step is "Upload node definitions". What is that exactly? It says it will reboot my Eisy when it's done.
  16. @Javi thanks. Is it possible to do what I'm looking for without the NS just using UD Mobile? The NS looks a bit cumbersome.
  17. I have my Eisy geofence defined in UD Mobile which is fine. But the things I will typically want to do aren't solely dependent on my location but my wife's as well. For example, if I leave the house I don't necessarily want to turn turn off lights or set the thermostat down because my wife is still home. But if we both leave, then I may want to do those things. I can install UD Mobile on her phone but I'm not sure that's enough.
  18. @Techman an old program it was!! I forgot about an old program I had running last winter to turn a grow light on in the morning and off at - you guessed it - 4pm every day. Ha! That program has been disabled. Thanks.
  19. I have a 2342 On/Off switch that works fine EXCEPT at 3:59pm every day, it receives a mystery Off command and shuts off. The Membership info from the admin console only shows it being a responder to a mini remote keypad. I'm attaching the links table for the on/off plug in question. Neither of the 2 INSTEON address devices in the table are currently installed in use. Suggestions on fixing the mystery off command?

My bad, I think everything is working. I was testing the wrong device. My eisy is up and running!

I am migrating to my new eisy today. I am following the migration instructions. I did step 5 and restored from the ISY994i I just did before I started this process. The restore went fine. I'm skipping step 6 because I am not migrating Z-Wave. Step 7 has 2 parts. INSTEON Support is checked on in the Configuration tab. My question hits at the 2nd bullet of step 7. "If you are using a new PLM, RESTORE the PLM". But am I not using a new PLM. I am using the PLM that was working fine with my old ISY box. Do I still do this restore? Non of my INSTEON devices that all came over in the backup restore can be affected, i.e turned on or off. What step am I missing? Thanks for your patient support. I know you must get this a lot.
  22. Thanks. I ordered 2 new outdoor plugs today.
  23. OK, sorry for the late response. So these are the older, 2456S3E plugs. Would the newer 2634-222 units work better? Why? EDIT: Does the newer unit do power line AND RF signals where the old unit only does power line?
  24. I found the Advanced/PLM Communication menu but these outdoor plugs don't support PLM Communication Settings.
  25. @jec6613 thanks. Can you tell me more on what you mean by "restoring the device from the AC"? Where do you increase the retries for the PLM? Can't find that in the Admin console.
