My ISY 99 notifications stopped working over a year ago for no apparent reason. I've tried everything mentioned in all the blogs and nothing worked. I *finally* came across this which fixed the issue: "The first thing you have to do is to ENABLE POP in your gmail account without which nothing will work." It was a Google mail issue and NOT ISY.
