I have an ISY991 version 3.3.1 and I'm trying to add a2845-222 door sensor. It's indicating to me that this is an unsupported device. Do I need to upgrade to get this device?

Help! Just had the power come back on from a power failure, and my ISY-99i is now not responsive - can't ping the device, only the power light comes on. Is the unit dead, and if so what do I do about warranty? Am going away this week and do not want to leave the house without home automation.

I too have been getting both email and text notifications without fail up until two days ago. I am using the default server. I do have a gmail account, but have never been successful in configuring this. Please advise.

Thanks Lee. It doesn't seem to matter whether it is in a scene, or I simply pick the device from "my lighting". Whether the ramprate is 0 or 10 seconds, the lights come on full immediately.

new to ISY, I have both lamplinc and switchlinc dimmers, but cannot get the ramp rate to work. Any help would be appreciated.
