    I'm relatively new programming my ISY99i and having difficulty establishing understanding behavior - maybe with a controller/responder relationship? Not sure if I need to achieve this through a Program/Scene or direct link. I'm trying to use an Icon Dimmer v.39 to control a LampLinc v.38. I want both to activate at a 40% on level when the Icon Dimmer is turned on. I've created a program that determines when the Icon Dimmer Control is switched on. It then sets the LampLinc on. My problem is that the Icon Dimmer first flashes fully on, then off, then finally sets to the 40% on level. Anyone got tips on how to bypass the full on and jump straight to 40%?? Thanks!
