I have a new Minoston Z-Wave Mini Plug. I works in the same room as the ISY, but if I move it to another room, I can not communicate with it. I have multiple Insteon devices in remote areas of the house that work. What is the issue with the Z-Wave device?

I have some new Z-Wave devices: plug modules and water leak detector. I added them to the ISY, and they display in the ISY Portal. They do not, however, show up in the Amazon Echo 'All Devices' list with my other ISY devices. When adding new Insteon devices they usually show up on the Echo as soon as I add them to the ISY. I asked the Echo to 'discover new devices', but that did not help. How do I get the Echo to discover the Z-Way devices?
