  1. Very interesting. I have had this ISY 994i for a long time and while there is a micro SD slot in the front I have never put one (and it sure doesn’t look like it has one inserted into the slot).
  2. Figured it out. I see that when both lights are flashing that seems to suggest it could be a network issue. I changed the Ethernet plug connecting the ISY to my switch and that seems to have solved it. I didn’t think Ethernet cables go bad but this one seems to have a damaged clip on the end so wasn’t seating properly. I think this fixed it. Thx.
  3. Thx. I have a 994i and there is no SD card in the slot. Never had one. Just now this morning both the Blue memory and Red error light started flashing together - continuous flash off and on. I unplugged and plugged it back in but still flashing.
  4. I just started having trouble accessing my ISY through MobiLinc so I went downstairs to check the ISY and noticed the blue memory light is flashing (maybe once every 4 or 5 seconds). I can access the Admin Console through my desktop and control the lights and all my programs are running fine but I can’t connect with MobiLinc and the flashing light suggests something is not working. Any thoughts? Thx in advance
  5. Thx for all the assistance. I was able to find the IP address of my ISY and I am back up and running. (Still having terrible house wifi trouble with this new Rogers modem, but that is another story) Thx again.
  6. So I found the IP address of the ISY but when I check the Rogers modem it shows the IsY as not connected. I wonder if there is some conflict with this new Rogers modem and my old Ethernet switch?
  7. Looks my new one use 10.0..0.01. But now I need to try and find the IP address of the ISY which is plugged in.
  8. Thx - I am super averse to resetting the ISY - I should have a back up file but I if I can avoid resetting the ISY that would be best. Unfortunately Roger has the old modem. - Mine previously used 192.168
  9. Restarted the ISY again, this time I am back to a solid blue light but I am still getting get the ISY Not Found error and when I try and use my MobiLinc app - it says disconnected and won't connect to the ISY. Is it possible that there is some setting on the Rogers Modem that is blocking access?
  10. I have been using my ISY 99 on my existing Rogers router for several years. After having some home wifi trouble Rogers came and replaced my ignite Modem with a new modem and gave me new pods. Now my Philips Hue bridge is no longer able to connect and when I try to get in to the ISY through the my desktop it’s says ISY not found. I am now looking at my ISY and unplugged it and plugged it back in and the blue memory light and red error light are flashing. would appreciate any assistance pls. thx in advance
  11. Thx for the link. I downloaded and installed the Arm64 DMG Installer for Mac, but when I click on the My ISY Applet, I receive the same error message - Unable to locate a Java Runtime that supports Javaws - When I run the Java Installer even after "removing" and clearing the cache I am now getting an error message for Java 8 Update 431 - Failed to install Java - OS error code 1
  12. For the past 10 years or more I have been accessing my ISY 99i from my old intel based iMac and Java. I jusy got a new Mac mini and I have been trying to access the ISY but I am receiving an error message that the app won’t run because I don’t have java runtime installed. when I then try to install Java on this new Mac it says I need to install Rosetta (?) to allow me to use Java on a non Intel Mac. is there another option other / way to get this working / access to my admin console? thx
  13. Thx. I will look at the connectors more closely when I get home / but I am going to assume that the fact that the LED light on the 2 access points is dark means both those units are not functioning.
  14. I am not at home right now but I believe that is how I have it set up. The ISY has 2 Ethernet ports on the back. One is plugged into the switch. The other is plugged directly into the 2413S.
  15. I wonder if the problem is with the 2 2443 access points. Each of the access points and the 2413S have an LED light. The 2413S which is hard wired to the ISY has a green lit LED. But the LED light on each of the access points, one of which is on the main floor and one upstairs is dark. Not lit.
