    Ok...well I FINALLY got my system back up and running. I switched to port in the router that the ISY99I was connected to and that seemed to do the trick.

    I recently installed the ISY99i modem and PLM and had insteon devices functioning perfectly in my home. Unfortunately as I was reorganizing AV closet, the cables were disconnected and then reconnected to the ISY99i incorrectly with the PLM connect to the internet and the router connected to the PORT A. I realize that this was now a mistake. I have tried resetting the ISY99I to the factory default and I continually get a flash of the Red ERROR light then the ERROR light and MEMORY light slowly flash together. Did I completely ruin my ISY99i? Is there anything else I can do to get the system up and running again? Any support would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
