  1. Yeah, it's been awhile since I did any modifications besides schedules. I went back and looked at UDI youtube videos and they are so old and out of date they were no help. When is UDI going to update their videos, I think it would help their business immensely.
  2. Thanks guys for the help, I wasn't clicking the On Level button after setting it to 25% on the Switch!
  3. No change with Device Restore. If I run the scene from Iox it works perfect as per my clip, but manually pushing the switch by the entry it goes to 100% ARGHH!
  4. I will try a restore, the levels and ramp are set on the scene and at each switch in the scene. I also tried setting the on level on both switches outside of the scene and it won't update, stays at 100%..
  5. Hello, Have had an issue with my 994iPro not being able to set "on rate" on a 2477D. Just updated to the eisy with a new 2413s and everything seeks okay. Went to fix the issue with the ramp setting and it won't stick. 2-2477D controlling 2 recess in the MB that I want to come on at 25%. Now it gets weird, I can dim manually from both locations, when I turn the scene on from the bed it goes to 25% but if I try the switch by the door it goes to 100%?? The switches are actually on different circuits, the switch by the door is on an AFCI breaker and the switch by the bed isn't. If I run the scene from Iox it goes to 100%. Load is at the switch by the door. I have defaulted the switches and the scene have also deleted the switches and started over fresh and get the exact same result. What next? I don't understand how to decipher the event viewer but I see "Link not Found"? The first group is on/off at the door, second is on/off at the bed. 6. Hello I have been offline for awhile, just replaced PLM, wanted to set Echo back up. Portal will not accept password "Error 404" and when I click forgot password (which I did not) I get a message saying user does not exist??? If I don't exist how can I post this topic? Checked stats on Portal, good til 2018, what next?
  7. It shows Offline/Registered, I click on Refresh and nothing happens
  8. My Echo stopped working with Izzy, when I login to Portal I keep getting "ISY is not online" I can ping it I can login thru admin console and control devices UUID is correct I have reset the ISY What next??? Dave
  9. I have a customer with a barn that is 100' from the house, tried to linc a set of 2477S to control lights on barn from house with no luck. I did find a spare CAT5 between the buildings. At each building I want to linc a 2477S to an I/O Linc. Can I wire from from the house I/O linc NO + COM to GND + SENSE on a 2nd I/O at the barn, to control the lights on the barn without using an ISY? Would I use Momentary B to change ON/OFF of 2477S at Barn?
  10. I just found out about Microsoft's MakeMayhem.com and that it can be used with INSTEON as either an Event or Reaction but it appears that it will only work with a SmartLinc (which I am just about to sell as I bought an ISY) Any chance of ISY becoming compatible with Mayhem, that would be so cool to walk into a room and tell the lights to turn on! If not can I use a SmartLinc and an ISY together?????
  11. Anybody wanna buy one cheap!
  12. Hello, can I use a 2412N, Rev 2.4 with an ISY99iIR instead of a PLM?
  13. Thank you for the explanation, I appreciate your wisdom/help Dave
  14. LeeG can you explain in a little more detail. On a 5 button KPL the "On" button the primary load control node right? Do the 5 buttons equal 5 nodes??
