Hi Michel, I tried installing a 1024 certificate and it looks like that did the trick, I can access the isy-99i from my Blackberry Bold again. Thanks for your help. Chris

Hi Michel, I got it now, except I only see options for a 512 0r 1024 certificate. How do I request one for 2048?

Thanks Michel. I signed up for an account at cacert.org, but am trying to understand what they mean when they ask for: "Paste your CSR(Certificate Signing Request) below..." Not exactly sure what they want pasted into the blank form. Unfortunately the Blackberry does not give any more info, just the message I mentioned earlier.

Got a new software push today on my Blackberry Bold and now I can't use the web browser to access my isy-99i. I get the following message: "Unable to connect using the current security settings. Please contact your service provider". Before this I had no difficulty accessing my isy-99i with my Blackberry. Anyone run in to this before?
