You can do a search on this forum using "shades". I saw a couple of posts. I am not familiar with these shades. Are they controlled with a remote ? Ir or Rf ? I use my keypadlinc to turn on/off my AC split (Mitsubishi) via IR with Global Cache. Works fine.

One of my Keypadlinc button triggers my A/C ON and OFF via Global Cache's Itach. I wrote a single program (If keypadlinc button#X is switched on Then Resource A/C ON). I have a similar program for the turning it off.It works well. This button is part of a scene (named "A/C control"). If a turn on this scene, the program does not start. I have to physically press the button to turn on my A/C. I understand that it is not possible to use the status of a scene to trigger a program. Is there a way to get around this ? I would like to be able to turn on/off my A/C control Scene to initiate my programs. Any suggestion ?

I just found out that one of my devices had an accented letter in its nams. I removed it and now the devices are showing... Thank you very much for your help !

What level was migrated from when the ISY was updated to 3.1.17? 3.1.16 Do you have a backup from the that level? No I'll just reprogram them. Does the Last Run Time information on the Summary screen change when the Run Then is selected? Yes. I think I found the problem. The programs not responding are based on a folder condition (ex. if away mode is on). If that condition is met, then the program is working when I send a Run then command. One more thing. Some programs notify me of an event (alarm tripped, lights turned on at sunset while on vacation, etc.) Since I've upgraded to 3.1.17, notification no longer works. Here's the log error: Time User Code Message lun. 2012/04/09 09:20:13 System -50001 -10 Does that ring a bell ?

I feel stupid. The ON Level slider are set to 0 for most of my devices ! I think that when I updated to last firmware (3.1.17), some of the values were reset. Anyway, problem solved. Now do you have any idea why: - I can't see my devices on the welcome page ? - the run 'then' is not working ? Thanks again.

I have a few problems with my iSY-99ir. 1. When I open the main page, if I click either 'My devices' or 'My devices and scenes', nothing is happening. 2. In the administration console, devices are not responding to 'on' commands. Only 'fast On' works to turn on devices. 3. I can't test a program using 'RUN' commands anymore. All of the above used to work fine. Am I missing something or is there a problem with the unit ? Thanks for your help.
