Hi everyone, First off, I've gotten a lot from the forums here. Thanks for all who have helped us novices out! I have a question, which may be simple and I just am missing something, regarding the buttons grouping function on an 8 button keypad. Why does the 'A' button always stay on when another button is pressed? If there are 8 scenes in the room I'd like 'A' to turn off if another button is pressed. Thanks in advance for your help! Good morning, I have a client that we have installed the ISY in his house. He recently had twelve Somfy shades installed in his house and wants to control them within this Mobilinc App (or via his iPhone somehow). The installer has also installed the Somfy Universal RTS Interface and assigned each shade to a channel. He wants separate control of each shade. The shade installer said the product we would need Insteon P/N 2410S to incorporate it in the system. Smarthome is saying they recommend P/N 318276I. Can anyone guide us on how this is done properly with the equipment we have? If it requires programming, that's ok, we just want to make sure it's done correctly. Thanks in advance!

Good evening, Tonight I installed two OutletLinc Dimmers (2472D) and attempted to access our Admin Console to program them. When I tried to log in I got the following message (attached). I thought about resetting the PLM but was wondering if that will help with this issue. Can anyone tell me if they've seen this error and if there is a protocol I need to follow to fit it. Thanks for the quick replies! I've never heard of radio mode but that sounds like exactly what I need. I'm not at home right now but when I do get home I'm going to see if that works. One last dumb question (actually probably not the last), how do you enter radio mode? Is it through the ISY Control Panel?

Good morning, First off I want to apologize if this has been answered already (I looked but that doesn't mean I didn't overlook it). I have a single 6 button KPL in my office and it controls several inline-linc's and plug in modules. I want to create multiple scenes on the KPL versus controlling each device individually. My dilemma is say I have one scene on (Scene A for example) but then I want to switch to Scene B. How do I program that if Scene B is pressed that it turns off any other active scenes? I tried but I ended up having every button lit on the keypad where I only want to see the active scene. Thanks in advance!
