Hi guys, My ISY became unreachable. I went to check it and it has the memory and error lights flashing on/off. The RX and TX lights are off and the power light is on steady. I have tried restarting several times with no luck. The device had a static IP and is not reachable. I am running 5.0.14. Thoughts? Thanks

Talk about amazing product support! ISY Support had it solved within an hour of me sending in an email on the weekend! They did something on their end that allowed me to reinstall it. Thanks

I think I realize what I did.. I purchased the irrigation module when I had the older 2.x release... If I view help and About in the admin UI, the module is missing. If I go to Purchase Modules, it shows that I have already purchased the module... Seem to be stuck. Any thoughts on how I can fix it? Can you reinstall modules? Thanks

Hi, I purchased the irrigation module and installed it, but it is missing in the weather bug screen as seen on the wiki http://www.universal-devices.com/mwiki/index.php?title=ISY-99i/ISY-26_INSTEON:Using_the_WeatherBug_Irrigation_Module I am also missing the irrigation requirement variables under climate in the programs section. Any clues on how to fix it? Thanks...
