  1. I just got my eisy that I am migrating from a 994. The time is set to LA. No matter what I do it stays as LA. Is it a bug? V5.7.1 It also keeps stating that it needs to be rebooted. I have rebooted several times. What is wrong? Not a good start!!!!! Thanks Mike
  2. Yes they are on the same subnet. I can access both from iOS apps from internal and external ip so I know connectivity is not the issue. I think there is a bug on the ISY software. That is why I was going to try the static ip in case the ISY software was looking for it. This is for a customer. I have set this up in the past without a problem. New install, both the ISY and Elk were just purchased and are the latest firmware. ???????

  4. My firmware is 4.6.2 and UI is 4.1.2 How do I upgrade the UI? I did google but could not find a solution. Thanks in advance. Mike
  5. I don't think its a mobilinc issue. Here are their instructions. 1. Use the ISY's Admin Console and right-click on your device or scene and select "Notes". 2. Under the "Spoken" field enter in simple English to describe your device/scene. For example: "Upstairs Office". My problem is with the ISY console. I have done it in the past but cant access now. I am talking about right clicking a device then go to the note and access the spoken field. This has nothing to do with Mobilinc, its the console that is not showing the field. Thanks again for your help
  6. Thanks for the quick reply. I don't think that helps me. I am using mobilinc and not the portal. I am talking about the voice section that is missing in note as below. I have been able to access in the past.
  7. How do I start the console so I get the voice box under notes? I tried from myisy and from the icon on my desktop and don't see that option under notes. What am I doing wrong? Obviously this is needed so alexa knows what your device is.

    The ISY becomes inaccessible in a few minutes. If I reboot I can access again. What can be wrong? It's a customers house and I probably had to reboot ten times in two hours I was there. Now I can't access again.
  10. Also, If I send to txt.att.net they all work but if I send to mms.att.net anly some go through. If I send to verizon mms they all go through. ?
  11. Ok, I am not giving up. I took all my messages and put them in one place using the same mms connection. Then I ran the then and only the 1st and 6th sent a message. I dont have variables. They are all just text with a couple words each. Example would be front door open.   12. Hi, Can the file that stores notifications group be corrupt? I can't get a program to send MMS. I deleted a name in notifications group after I made sure it was not being used and all of the groups disappeared. I had no problems untill I installed Elk add on. Is there a way to redo file. Mike

  14. Its the same one I am using for txt. The reason I want MMS is because the txt one comes from a different number all the time. The mms is the same and I have a custom ring for it
  15. I dont see errors in the log. The mms definition is Mike MMS and the recipients is mynumber@mms.att.net I did not want to post my phone number on forum. As I stated if I do a test from the Settings/Groups it works. Under Customized content I use the same one for txt and mms. Txt works
