  1. Wow after 4 hours it seems to have shown up. Still not in finder.
  2. Polisy has been moved to a new network after a move. Cannot find it anywhere. ARP no mac address. Can't add it in finder. Nothing is really on Polisy. Have tried to get back to factory defaults etc, no luck. Any help would be appreciated.
  3. Which gets the hot wire from the box, Red or Black?
  4. Thank you I'll work on that. It's been a long time since I replaced any of these devices.
  5. No it doesn't. It's a new switch, but I will try another new switch. The wires ore on the same way as before(I hope). Scene only has two devices in it, both set as controllers. One device is a dimmer and the other is a 5 button.
  6. thank you ramp rate is set to .1 seconds.
  7. Hi Bill When I added the devices I had the system erase the links. Is that enough? Light does not turn on manually. The LEDs functon, just no light.
  8. Reset them both to controllers. Same problem Here's the event Viewer Mon 07/05/2021 04:25:44 PM : [INST-TX-I1 ] 02 62 00 00 14 CF 11 00 Mon 07/05/2021 04:25:44 PM : [INST-ACK ] 02 62 00.00.14 CF 11 00 06 LTONRR (00) Mon 07/05/2021 04:25:44 PM : [D2D EVENT ] Event [53 48 11 6] [ST] [255] uom=100 prec=0 Mon 07/05/2021 04:25:44 PM : [ 53 48 11 6] ST 255 (uom=100 prec=0) Mon 07/05/2021 04:25:44 PM : [D2D EVENT ] Event [52 97 C9 1] [ST] [255] uom=100 prec=0 Mon 07/05/2021 04:25:44 PM : [ 52 97 C9 1] ST 255 (uom=100 prec=0) lem.
  9. Have a ISY994I, replaced 2 devices, a 2477D and a 2334-232. The LEDs respond to commands, but the light will not turn on. They are in a scene and acting as a 2-way switch. I have worked on this problem for 6 hours but have found no solution. Anybody see an answer?
  10. Thanks to you both! Cleared event viewer and wrote to switch. No entries, I assume that means no communication. Then ran restore, which I have done several times before, however this time it worked and we are finally back to normal. Again thanks for your great help.
  11. buttons are configured in scenes, no programs. Buttons are controllers. All buttons have the write icon next to them. I have executed the write commands and the system writes, but the write icon remains. Techman: I replaced a 6 button with a 6 button
  12. Just Replaced 2486D with 2334-2. Main switch works, but A, B, C, and D buttons do not. When I press a button the links(commands} do not execute. Any thoughts?
  13. Thanks for your help all is now back to normal.
  14. Everything you said was correct. Restored device and the scene worked. Now running restore devices. Hopefully this will do it. Thanks for your help. I'll let you know how it turns out.
  15. Restored from old backup. 414 links. Restored PLM. Scenes still don't work. Ran scene trace below.
